  2. Subscription Cancellation Beyond First Month: After the first month, users may still cancel their subscription at any time; however, refunds beyond the first month will be considered based on the conditions outlined below:
    - Service Unavailability or Major Disruption: In cases where the service is unavailable for an extended period or there is a significant disruption affecting all users, we may offer a pro-rata refund for the time the service was unavailable.

- Billing Error: If a user is charged due to a billing error, including being charged twice for the same transaction or being charged for a subscription that was canceled, a full refund will be issued for the erroneous transaction.


Non-Refundable Circumstances

  2. For the first-month satisfaction guarantee, no detailed reason is required. Simply indicate your desire to cancel the subscription and request a refund.
  3. Refund requests for the first-month satisfaction guarantee must be submitted within 30 days of the subscription start date.
  4. Upon receiving a refund request, Blogcopilot.io will review the request and notify the user of the approval or rejection of the refund within a reasonable timeframe.
  5. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
